These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jack & Frank Hair Studio website (jfhairstudio.com) and the booking of services at our studio. By visiting our site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy of your selected stylist. Deposit requirements, if applicable, are displayed at the time of booking and are handled through GlossGenius.

Cancellation Policies

Each stylist maintains their own cancellation policy. Please review your stylist's policy before booking.

Jackie	A 20% cancellation fee applies to all no-shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Franki	A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Kylie	If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (805) 861-9610 so we can accommodate you and other clients.
Jamie	Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are accepted at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 70% of the service total. Cancellations within 24 hours or less will be charged the full service amount.

Services & Results

We are committed to delivering exceptional results. However, hair services involve variables including existing color, texture, and condition that may affect outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we may address your concern.

Right to Refuse Service

Jack & Frank Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or inappropriate conduct.
